With my On The Day Management package, I attend the day itself to oversee the various components and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Although I do not directly book suppliers with the On The Day Management package, I will personally contact all suppliers prior to the wedding to make sure all is in order and let them know that I will be the point of contact – allowing you more time to enjoy the day.
Another facet to the On The Day Management service is the ability to have an experienced wedding planner cast an eye over the preparations for further peace of mind.
– We liaise one month prior to the wedding day, to discuss details
– A schedule of the day will be drawn up and issued as required
– All suppliers will be contacted and their roles and timings on the day confirmed
– I shall arrive prior to the wedding party and oversee events throughout the day
I cannot recommend Grant enough! We got married in July 2019 and used the on the day services. Grant’s involvement started long before the day, and he spent lots of time discussing our plans, dealing with suppliers, and helping us coordinate the finishing touches. It was invaluable as Grant thinks of all the finer details that might not have even crossed your mind! Despite getting married in July in the South of France, we had torrential rain all day. Grant was on hand at short notice before the day to help us put in place alternative plans, and he and his team made sure our day ran seamlessly. I cannot thank them enough for their professional and calm approach.
